Where is my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email address used at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Since our products are curated and shipped directly from our international partners to your doorstep, delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 days. We appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you!
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible! You can adjust your item quantities in the Shopping Cart before checkout. Once an order is placed, you have a 12-hour window to email us at support@intomyst.com for any changes or cancellations before it enters the fulfillment process.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
